I always kind of thought that when the time came to decorate a nursery, I'd go with a minimalist approach. I think most of that stuff, while adorable, is part of a secret plot to get expectant mothers to spend money and keep up with the Joneses.That said, B. and I can't live without the NoJo Jungle Tales baby bedding set! We want it all - the border, the wall hangings, the hamper, the lamp, the rug, the list goes on ...
I'm slightly disappointed that we caved to commercialism, but I think I'm more excited to get the border.

I really don't think you could have found a more perfect, more A-like pattern! Really, that's just perfect! Love it.
it's adorable. and don't think of it as 'caving' just think that you are trying to bring your little precious baby home to perfect room. and even the wall hangings will be cool to the kid. julia loves pulling hers off the wall (she stands on her bed when i'm not looking to get to the right height) much to my dismay

HAVE YOU READ UP ON WASHING THE BABY BLANKETS SO YOU CAN HAVE BILLY TAKE THEM HOME AFTER THE BABY IS BORN AND HAVE DEVO SMELL THEM SO THE TRANSITION GOES SMOOTHER WITH THE DOG.. I AM NOT JOKING AND NO I HAVE NOT LOST MY MIND. I HEAR THIS CRAP ALL DAY EVERYDAY.
