That Uncle Jason

A few weeks ago, we had lunch and played some pool with my brother Jae. Poor BB fell for the 'scented pool chalk' trick.

We Recommend ...

... a mobile with a remote control, like the Tiny Love Sweet Island Dreams Mobile.

It took us awhile to get BB to sleep in his crib. And we tried a lot of products during our efforts. One thing we noticed early on was that he'd sleep in his crib while his mobile was moving or playing music, but once it stopped, he'd wake up. This mobile, with a remote control, saved us. Instead of going into his room to wind his mobile, all we had to do was stand in the hallway and push a button. It was less disruptive and was definitely one of the reasons BB started liking his crib.

Love at First Sight

These two are meant to be together. Her mom and I are already picking out wedding cake flavors.

What I Learned this Week: Teething

This week I learned that I don't have the stamina, patience or energy to have twins - because of the lovely little period called teething. If I can't soothe this little boy's pain, how the heck could I handle two babies?

My hat is off to all of you out there raising twins.

Baby Picasso

BB may not be able to sit ... or crawl ... or walk ... or talk ... or hold an art brush yet, but that didn't stop him from creating an entry for his child care facility's annual art show.

His masterpiece is that red and yellow splotch, er, work of art at the top of the octagon frame. That's him creating his art in the far left picture under the frame. We're so proud!

BB Likes his Monkey

(And in 15 years, he'll hate me for the title of this post.)
